Today might want to focus on content generation for my side project (will reveal later). We have so many choices and options but to me only ChatGPT get the work done better. Just need to make it sounds more “human”. Its achievable now I believe.

What happened to James Altucher? Out of sudden I thought about him, because didn’t get his email for quite some time. Googled his name, some good things and some bad things written about him. Hopefully he’s doing well. His website got updated too, with some new articles which I take as good news.

Good news that I managed to sort out what I wanted to achieve, now can migrate the settings and configuration to production.

But then I decided instead of using custom post type, which potentially might make things turn ugly in the future, why not just stick with post. Then, display it into twitter like feed. I found this plugin, “Ajax load more” which could display your post and load more post with ajax (instead of using pagination). It worked great! But I need to do customization on the template. ChatGPT to the rescue and managed to get it done. This one itself deserve a blogpost later on.

I managed to achieve what I wanted for now: displaying my posts just like a Twitter feed. During the process, I came across a plugin called “Brief Message,” which is pretty awesome for me. It creates a new custom post type called “Brief Message” and displays it using a widget at the front end. It doesn’t have a title field, only content. The downside is that I can’t show it on a page; the widget is only available in widget areas like the sidebar and footer. I searched for ways to convert the plugin to a block or add the widget to content pages and posts, but unfortunately, I had no success.

I started the day by sending an Outlook invite for our team’s quarterly gathering at a Thai restaurant. It took almost 30 minutes to ensure everyone was invited and no one was left out.
