Updated my batch file to fit my journaling now. Previously the batch file will start when I unlock my laptop, then countdown for 30 min, then automatically lock my laptop again. I made some update, which now after 30 min it will minimize all the window (and show desktop), then open separate batch file that tell me to write my journal in 5 min, then countdown for 5 min. After that it will automatically lock my laptop again.
